Akshar Group, since its inception in 1989, has been a synonym for GOOD SERVICES in the electrical industry.

Today after servicing the industry for more than 30years, it is a one stop solution for all INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL NEEDS – be it EPC projects (Switchyards, Transmission lines, Total plant electricals) or Panel Manufacturing or Trading of world class electrical products.

The guiding force and group chairman Mr.Pravin Dave started Akshar Group as a trading house for Crompton Greaves for their entire range of products. The need for highly qualified, technical and professional electrical contractors prompted Mr. Pravin Dave to venture in the field of turnkey electrical projects in the year 1990.

The legacy of Mr. Pravin Dave was further carried forward and achieved new height under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Niral P Dave, an Electrical Chartered Engineer and a Management graduate. The group has done varied and prestigious jobs, bagged awards for quality and its turnover has increased by many folds under his leadership.

Ms. Deval Dave, manages the total business of trading house wherein Akshar is the authorized dealer of various reputed products like CG, BONFIGLIOLI, L&T etc. Under her leadership, Akshar has been awarded multiple times the ALL INDIA BEST BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AWARD by Crompton Greaves and also India’s number 1 dealer for motors and drives for 5 years on the trot ! (Starting 2016 and till date …Akshar Agencies Electrade Private Limited is All India # 1 Electric Motor dealer).

Akshar Group had a modest start with a turnover of about INR 0.50 crores (INR 5 Million) in 1989 and today it is an INR 250+ crore (INR 2.50 Billion+) company!!!

Mr. Niral Dave is the MD and CEO for Akshar Group and is responsible for all activities within Akshar’s Group Companies.

A veteran in the Electricals industry, he has over 20 years of experience. He is acknowledged in the industry to have built and led successful teams that have driven business growth globally.

A Chartered Electrical Engineer by qualification, Mr. Niral Dave is also a qualified management graduate. Under his Leadership and Guidance the Group has flourished and the has grown from a company of about 3 Crores turn over to a 2 Billion(INR 200 Crore) Group !

Niral Dave is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya and has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Bhavans.

Ms. Deval Dave is the Director for Akshar Electrade Pvt. Ltd and is responsible for the Trading House of Akshar Group. “A Woman of Example” in the Electricals industry, Ms. Deval Dave has over 19 years of experience in this field.

She is acknowledged in the industry to have built and led successful teams that have driven business growth for Akshar Trading Division in India.

She is responsible for the Group division reaching the 1st Position in terms of highest sales volume and turnover in its dealership with Crompton Greaves Motors and this has been achieved consecutively for the last 3 years now. She has also lead the division in attaining the 1st Position in Quarterly Sales of Crompton Greaves Drives recently.

She has received various awards from CG as well as Bonfiglioli. She was also recognized by the Gujarat government for her entrepreneurship by the then Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat Ms. Anandiben Patel in 2015.

Deval Dave is an Electrical Engineering graduate from the Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya and has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Bhavans.

Mr. Niraj Dave is the Project Head for Akshar Group and is responsible for Project Division. He has over 22 years of experience. He is acknowledged Team Work in the industry to have built and led successful work.

Niraj Dave is an Electrical Engineering Diploma from Govt.Polytechnic, Ahemdabad.

Mr. Vinay Mehta is the Technical Director for Akshar Electric Panel Boards. A Man with sound technical expertise combined with commercial sense in the Electrical Panels industry, has over 23 years of experience. He is the TECHNICAL DIRECTOR in AKSHAR ELECTRIC PANEL BOARDS. He is acknowledged in the industry to have built and led successful teams that have driven business growth globally.

He has played a crucial role in setting up the indigenous Panel manufacturing facility and the growth in the Panel manufacturing and sales market and idea generation behind the unique and the innovative product i.e. the Containerized Mobile Electric Panels and the AC Combiner Boxes for the Solar Business. The Containerized Panel has become a Global product and has been used in one of the projects in South Africa and the booming demand for the AC Combiner Box in various solar facilities is a
result of Vinay’s efforts.

Vinay Metha was a sharp student and an Entrepreneur by nature and holding a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Govt.

Mr. Prashant Macwan is the Director for AKSHAR LeePANT and drives the division in achieving the best delivery of the detailed engineering work, reflected in its design, testing, commissioning, consultancy services and has over 15 years of experience. He has served in several senior leadership roles in different testing & commissioning agencies.

He has tremendous technical competancy and has taken care of most of the design requirement of the projects that Akshar Elecinfra Pvt. Ltd. Has executed. Prashant Macwan has also taken lead in other Complex Projects which involves system study and proposal of upgradation for the system. Prashant Macwan has worked and shouldered highly complex jobs with the likes of ABB, Siemens, INOX and has also represented them at different levels.

Prashant is an Electrical Engineer from the GP, Ahmedabad & AMIE; He has done STTP on “Numerical protection of power systems” from BVM, VV Nagar.

Ms. Bhavna Lotia e is the General Manager Commercial for Akshar Electrade Pvt. Ltd and is responsible for the Purchase and Finance of Akshar Group. “A Woman of Example” in the industry, Ms. Bhavna Lotia has over 30 years of experience in this field.

Bhavna Lotia is Master of Commerce and Diploma in Taxation Laws & Practice from M.S. University Vadodara.
